    • Org chart
    • Green Fund (Kirsten Tellez): A donor green fund has been established for donors interested in giving students experience pursuing sustainability projects
    • 3-year PCLC Budget: Lisa Vollendorf and Joyce Lopes have funded a 3-year budget for sustainability which includes an additional one-year support staff position and $30K operating budget.
  3. PCLC/Sustainability Update
    • Fall 2019 Sustainability Snapshot (Claudia Luke): a summary of sustainability activities at SSU for Fall 2019 was compiled in table form.
  4. Constituency Reports
    • Staff Council (Barbara Froelich):
      • Request for faculty and student input for letter to divest in fossil fuels. Meeting will be scheduled.
      • TCPA attendance by students and staff
      • Scoping sustainable shwag and guidelines for low-impact events
    • Associated Students: no report
    • Academic Senate (Kevin Fang):
      • The topic for the faculty retreat was resilience and fire in the classroom. Presentations were recorded.
      • An overlay subcommittee has been established for developing a sustainability Sealane as a piece of the GE revision

      • Fall 2019 Sustainability Snapshot
      • North Bay Forward Lunches - These lunches bring together community members, faculty students, and staff. They focus on communicating in ways that lead to action. At each lunch we hear 10 min presentations from 2-3 people working in sustainability and then engage in a group discussion about how we might enhance or build on their work.
      • Earth Week is Coming Up: April 20-24. This is a student-coordinated event. Please think about ways to empower students and highlight your efforts.
      • Sustainable SSU Website: The website is in development and growing. Keep abreast of news and events. Please also contribute: post an event or nominate a "Hidden Hero". 
      • Please ask your constituency what they want to know about sustainability activities at SSU
  6. Working Group Reports
    • Strategy, Communication and Advancement - Claudia Luke (Chair), Elif Myers, Kirsten Tellez, Madison Annala, Paul Gullixson
      • Climate Action Plan: working on identifying a template
      • Strategic Plan – have developed a vision table that aligns working group efforts with 2025 Strategic Plan Goals
    • Zero Impact – Craig Dawson (Chair), Jen Barnett, Monica Wahl, Nancy Keller, Calee Spinney

  7. Regional Resilience – Judith Ford (Chair), Barbara Frohlech, Madison Hayes, Megan Varnadore, Merith Weisman, Shay Furze
    • Working on compiling regional resilience planning information into one document. This document will serve as the basis for further resilience planning effort this Fall
    • Will be attending Preview Day and Decision Day this year
    • Nadya is interested in obtaining a list of organizations that are interested in working with her classes on climate change issues and social entrepreneurships
      Action: Leadership group will discuss how this kind of resource could be compiled
    • Academic & Student Life – Mark Perri (Chair), Adele Santana, Justine Law, Kindra Kautz, Nadiya Parekh
      • The Working Group is working on identifying priority projects
  8. Time Certain (> 3:00 pm)
    • ECCLPS Dec 11-12 (Daniel Soto): This UC/CSU conference focused on trying to achieve sustainability literacy by helping K-12 teachers with preservice, in-service and curriculum development. Opportunity: Student Climate Campus Partnerships surrounding training and creating lessons for others.
