2:00-2:10 Introductions & Announcements - Excitement building, re-engagement, looking forward to the kind of signage and tangible messaging of work being done at SSU.

3:10-3:30 Cross-Working Group Focus
- Waste Diversion Theme - A major theme for Earth Week and Fall 2021. Goal: >70% diversion rate by the end of the Fall semester
- Possibly focus on purchasing
- On campus how to sort garbage
- Already doing on campus - e waste, composting yard waste
- Post consumer and consumption
- Water bottle filling stations - tracking that data? - Ask Dana
- Intentions for Fall 2021? Roll out on training people how to sort - volunteers training/coaching how to sort
- Roll out of new menus - vegan / vegetarian options
- Earth Week - Video from each PSAC member. SAC Working Group will provide video tips and 10 topics/factoids to pick from
- Video Campaign - doing small things - to support sustainability - short series of videos doing small things that make a difference.
- Pledge - Post “I took the pledge” in your email signature. Recruit others to take pledge. - Everyone on PSAC is willing to take the pledge? Please have on your radar.
- Sustainability packet - informational - mug and a spork to reduce use/dishwashing? (Culinary is handing out sporks and silicone straws)
- Other: Kirsten Tellez - outreach to alumni - new Alumni Chair comes from Sustainability - public meeting anyone can attend.
- Mark Perri & Nadiya Parekh to come up with names of faculty to come to a future meeting to present on what they are teaching as it relates to Sustainability. - Mark to follow up with Claudia regarding
