2:00-2:10 Introductions & Announcements

2:10-2:15 Presidents’ Climate Leadership Commitment
- Greenhouse Gas Monitoring (due April 5, 2021) & Zero Carbon Assessment - due April 5, 2022 - SSU Facilities update (Megan Varnadore) - RFP submitted to procurement for Greenhouse Gas Monitoring hoping for beginning of January to get started on that work
- Regional Resilience Plan - due April 5, 2021 working group has been working on the planning effort led by Judy Ford. met with community members from Northbay Forward Resilience needs are on campus and as a community.
- Climate Action Plan Outline DRAFT - in revision by working groups
2:15-3:00 Regional Resilience Assessment
- Process & Key Results (Judith Ford) Any comments need to be to Judith by Friday 12/4/2020
- Next Steps with Regional Resilience Working Group (Claudia Luke)
- Take the four things (pages 16-20) as a campus and community together and find out what we can do
- Partner with the county - Emergency Climate Action Plan - interested in being more active
- Northbay Forward - Judith has been holding this group together/guiding. Sounding board / discussion group. Identity and following - bring in as part of the Regional Resilience working group.
- Continue Northbay Forward as discussion vehicle
- Bring in Latino/x community members

- Fall 2020: Complete RFP process for carbon neutral vendor - submitted 11/30/2020

- Complete Carbon Reduction & Resiliency Goals in Climate Action Plan
- Work with carbon neutral vendor to complete assessment by April 2021

- Solar Project - moving forward - developing scope of work with CO - Battery and solar project to merge - microgrid/ hopeful to have done by end of July 2021
- GHG Assessment and CAP - pending RFP
- 3-Stream Recycling Interior and Exterior - waste diversion should be at 70-80% we are currently at only 25%. Launching education/re-education program. Hoping to bring 3-Stream recycling inside, currently outside. Goal for 2021 increase diversion to at least 60%
- CSU Sustainability Procurement Policy - Final draft sent to Procurement (?)
