2:00-2:10 Introductions & Announcements
- Second Nature’s Climate Action Pursuit - 10 seats for faculty and staff; 20 seats for students. Second Nature is replacing their annual in-person meeting with four virtual conferences. Last two: October 7-8 and December 9-10 (Alicia)
- Megan Varnadore - mid-November maternity leave. Tyson Hill will be chairing the Zero Emissions working group during her absence
- Sydney Kale - from Student Public Research Interest Groups (PRIGS) - hiring interns and recruiting volunteers - Southwest chapters - one Sonoma State intern - save the bees campaign (Environment America) sydney.kale@publicinterestnetwork.org 803/354/2789

2:15-2:30 Climate Action Plan & Implementation Update (Kristin Cushman, EcoShift) -
- Carbon Neutrality plan is done - Please review and provide comments and feedback to Kristin Cushman via the word document no later than 10/21/21 so it can be reviewed at the November meeting.
- Sustainability Tracker being developed
- Kristin will be attending the Working Groups

- Bike share program - approved by Alternate Transportation committee - next steps Procurement and vendor and then CPUSAC
- CSU Sustainability Procurement Policy - has stalled out - looking to do more internal/on campus strengthening
- Commuter Survey - please complete the survey. The results will be shared with the campus
