Sustainable Enterprise Conference

4th annual Sustainable Enterprise Conference hosted by Sonoma State
March 5, 2019

Just over the horizon, Sonoma State will be hosting the 14th annual Sustainable Enterprise Conference. This conference brings the North Bay together by including community partners, companies, organizations and everything in-between. All in the name of sustainability. Sonoma State has the privilege and honor not only to contribute to but host this year’s conference. All done in effort to help catalyze innovation and creativity that generates new solutions for a green and vibrant North Bay.

In light of the hardships and challenges the North Bay has experience in recent years, the focus of this year’s conference are pathways to Economic, Social, and Environmental Resilience. A full schedule of the events is available on the Sustainable Enterprise Conference website including panels discussing Social Equity, Health and Happiness, Entrepreneurship and the Economy, and much more. This year’s speakers are Annie Dobbs-Kramer, a community organizer with the North Bay Organizing Project, and Megan Kaun, an environmental engineer within the interest of the world of pesticides.

Sonoma State faculty and student are strongly encouraged to attend and be part of the conference. Free or discounted admissions for students may be available. Extra credit for some course also may be offered for attending. Ask your professors!

Please register on the website and come out to the conference on April 5th, 2019
