Two dynamic speakers sharing how to develop a one-of-a kind impactful program-YOUTH CONNECTIONS. A new approach that blends strategies to achieve a high school education, job training, career mentorship, college preparation, youth leadership development. community service and entrepreneurial coaching for young adults ages 16-24 years of age, needing a second chance. Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County /Youth Connections is the #1 State recognized Charter School, in partnership with John Muir Charter Schools and has implemented innovative approaches to develop strong youth leaders by tapping into their natural talents, therefore over 95% of youth graduate successfully.
